“The room was very spacious & clean. Breakfast was decent. What I didn't like was that the pool was closed for renovations and neither I nor my children were aware of until we went to the doors. The hotel staff blamed it on expedia, yet they didn't tell me upon check in. As far as maintained, there was a leak under bathroom sink & the handle on the microwave was not tightened on the bottom. “Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. ”

“I have stayed at this property previously multiple times without issue and was looking forward to this trip. There were two large parties occurring at this hotel during our stay. We went up to the room from the pool around 9pm to get ready for bed and quickly realized there was a room party occurring directly next to us. “Best place to stay in town. We drive through here every year and this is by far the cleanest nicest overnight place for families”

“Great location especially if you need to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic. Walking distance to shops and restaraunts. The building was a tad beat up but clean. Basic things like broken bathroom fan and peeling wallpaper. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious room.”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”

“The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. ”
