“Great budget hotel: very clean, continental breakfast: would stay here again.”

“Our stay was wonderful with the exception of the pool being closed for renovations. This was not something that I saw when i booked 2 months ago but we would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed. ”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. “Im sure this isn't indicative of a normal stay at this hotel. with that said, on this particular night, the fire alarm went off 2x in room and hotel several hrs apart overnight. the sound was excruciating and it took forer, 15 to 25 minutes , if not longer, for the overnight staff to turn off which made for a horrible rest and my ears are still ringing 12 hrs later”

“Best place to stay in town. We drive through here every year and this is by far the cleanest nicest overnight place for families”

“The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. ”

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great, and the price for the amount of room you get is phenomenal. Other hotels should look at this property as a model of how to do it. This is my new goto location when I’m passing thru the area. Highly recommend ”

“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. That was not acknowledged so I ended up going down to the frontdesk to get clean sheets and make...

“Breakfast was delish, new coffee machine was great addition. I have stayed here many times to visit my nephews and niece and rooms were pristine. Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled clean upon arrival. Will be returning when I come back to Cleveland. ”
