“Two things I look for when booking a hotel. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Two cereal choices and a broken juice machine. ”

“Im sure this isn't indicative of a normal stay at this hotel. with that said, on this particular night, the fire alarm went off 2x in room and hotel several hrs apart overnight. the sound was excruciating and it took forer, 15 to 25 minutes , if not longer, for the overnight staff to turn off which made for a horrible rest and my ears are still ringing 12 hrs later”

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are great, and the price for the amount of room you get is phenomenal. Other hotels should look at this property as a model of how to do it. “The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. ”

I lost my temper, swore and walked about ten yards away, at which point I was told that the place employed security and I could be removed from the property. I was not threatening, and there was no recognition on the part of the staff that the hotel’s stance was unreasonable.
