“The management company that takes care of this apartment was easy to work with and were very quick to respond to my questions. The apartment overall was very clean and well taken care of but the building in general was in rough shape. There was garbage and mail all over the entry way and in the laundry room. Plus mud and dirt had been tracked in up and down the stairways. It just felt like no one was in charge of taking care of the building. Too bad as it is a lovely old Victorian. My only issue...

“this place is great. It is definitely as it states, a Sunny Nook. I loved the ease and convenience of the area, and the property was really easy to stay at. It is on the 2nd floor, so be ready to climb stairs. Both property managers were kind and so courteous. I was able to extend my stay twice without any hassle. They were there for me when I needed it, as I was there to take care of my late father's affairs. I enjoyed the stay and had just what I needed for myself and my two cats. Really...
