“Staff knocked on door at ten and ten thirty pm Said I called about needing help with tv. No I was trying to sleep. Next to door to upstairs. Slammed shut a million times before midnight. Chair in handicap shower not sturdy but shower pressure was nice. No WiFi info on checking in. No inquiry as to room in way out. Didn’t do breakfast just wanted out. Car parked under shelter in handicap area and was also the smoking area. Had to inhale massive amount of smoke while loading suitcase. Bed not...

“I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs. “Great location especially if you need to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic. Walking distance to shops and restaraunts. The building was a tad beat up but clean. Basic things like broken bathroom fan and peeling wallpaper. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious room.”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. “Had a clean, spacious room with a great location. Everything was easily walkable. I do wish there was a rear entrance to the hotel - getting to the parking garage requires walking all the way around the hotel to enter and exit. Good experience overall and I would absolutely return. ”

“The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in.
