Hotel vicino a North Ridge Racket and Paddle - Cleveland

“The staff had lied on behalf of my spacial needs relatives that were staying here for 3+ days. Told my grandma and I that there were no more available spot to book more days for them. My husband called shortly after, and the woman told him there were rooms available. But yet, he looked me in my eyes and swore they were doing construction and couldn't do so. That's wrong.”

“This is the second time we stayed at the Orbit. Simple yet clean rooms, hallways and lobby. Shuttle to the airport was 10 minutes late though.”

“Staff was very helpful”

“My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath.”
