Hotel vicino a Westfield Great Northern Mall - Cleveland

“The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!”

“I didn't encounter any problems.”

“One of the nicest places I’ve stayed and a real bargain for the price. Parking is extremely expensive so suggest you research for another place to park”

“The staff was extremely courteous and helpful during our overnight stay prior to flying out of Cleveland Hopkins. Will definitely stay there again.”

“We planned the trip for my granddaughter’s birthday for the pool it was supposed to be heated and the heater was broke the room was cold the pool looked dirty so no one even got in. The hallway to the room was cold colder then outside felt like we needed a coat just to walk down the hall.”

“Good hotel. Nuce rooms with kitchen. Perfect for business. ”

“My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.”

“Staff was very helpful”

“Clean and great breakfast”
