“Having stayed at Extended Stay Hotels from other brands, maybe my expectations were a little lofty. I didn’t expect to see people outside with chairs smoking and playing music like a makeshift shanty town. The Front Desk staff was very nice and explained all the rules and refs in detail. The room was the low point of the experience. The floor in my room was uneven and had profound dips in it making walking around feel risky. Then there was the bed.
