“I complained to staff at the front desk that the room conditions was horrible, Floors very dirty, blood in the blanket, mold on the baseboard of the sink, tub very dirty with a dirty stains around it. Vomit all on the walls . When i told staff they pointed fingers at me accusing me of doing it. Cursing me out , saying that i wasn't gonn3get my deposit back and threatened to call law inforcement on me. And verbally threatened me . I would Never come to this place again it is a hole in the wall.”

“I walked in the room. It was filthy dirty. Someone had slept in the bed. It was disheveled. The linens were dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s a non-smoking room. The window was wide open. There was cockroaches on the headboard and on the wall I turned around and left as soon right after I walked in. I did not stay here. ”

“There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.”

“This hotel does a great job at the basics: my room was clean and everything was in proper working order; the kitchen actually had dishes, pans, and utensils stocked in case I decided to cook; the staff was professional, polite, and helpful; and there are notable reasons to book this hotel over others next time (free use of laundry facilities, is but one example). “Hotel was clean and rooms as well. I wish they would have offered free coffee in the lobby. They had Starbucks so was very pricey ”
