“Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! ”

“This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The room was fine for the price. It is a little outdated and the walls were scuffed up/paint was chipping. I didn't use the kitchen so I can't speak on that. Things seemed clean enough, but certainly not great. During my second night the fire alarm in the building went off. Another guest had burnt food, and smoke was seeping out of their door. The alarm continued for a good 30-40 minutes. The staff did not respond to this, and it took other guests calling the fire department to get someone to...

“Smelly, grimy, sketchy hotel. Reviews were 7/10 and pictures looked nice. Very very misleading!! Booked this hotel and checked in with an uneasy feeling. Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here....

“Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

“There were multiple tenants that appear to live in the motel with pets and sitting the the doorways smoking and and other things. Did not feel safe nor did I feel comfortable staying there”

“Disgusting!!!! Fell for the reviews and was highly disappointed. Our room had mud along all of the baseboards, to the point you could see the splatter of liquid everywhere. The bedding had stains all over it. The walls were filthy. The blinds were broken and on the floor. There were tums all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting, looks like they only make the bed between stays. We left immediately and found a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!”

“I would rate this hotel as the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m always willing to give positive reviews and highlight aspects but the cleaning it was extremely poor! Human hair and steins on the bed sheets and bed towels. They literally just fixed the room without changing any linen at all. Although the staff was friendly and polite! ”

“I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy.”
