“The room was great, and had a huge bathroom, but very little closet space. We were there for a week and traveled with a lot of clothes. For a shorter stay that would not have been an issue. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculate. Although close to the airport the rooms are very quiet. We would definitely stay at The Orbit again.”

When I arrived there wasn’t anyone to help with check in and we had to wait 15 minutes until someone came to check us in. “This hotel needs a total make over. Out first room a king room the bed was filthy they moved us to a so calked queen room suite the bed was old and uncomfortable. One of the outside windows was literally broken. I would not recommend this place.”

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt.
