“Disgusting!!!! Fell for the reviews and was highly disappointed. Our room had mud along all of the baseboards, to the point you could see the splatter of liquid everywhere. The bedding had stains all over it. The walls were filthy. The blinds were broken and on the floor. There were tums all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting, looks like they only make the bed between stays. We left immediately and found a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!”

“I would rate this hotel as the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m always willing to give positive reviews and highlight aspects but the cleaning it was extremely poor! Human hair and steins on the bed sheets and bed towels. They literally just fixed the room without changing any linen at all. Although the staff was friendly and polite! ”

“Room was clean. The kitchen was convenient but the microwave was broke and there was only one small pot to cook with. Staff was ok professional but could be more welcoming. Plenty of parking there were no issues with that. The market they have for food and drinks was pretty empty could have had a better selection. ”

“We ate breakfast off property it was not included in stay and the “bistro” was average. We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. “The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy.”

“Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

“There were multiple tenants that appear to live in the motel with pets and sitting the the doorways smoking and and other things. Did not feel safe nor did I feel comfortable staying there”

“Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! ”
