“The room was great, and had a huge bathroom, but very little closet space. We were there for a week and traveled with a lot of clothes. For a shorter stay that would not have been an issue. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculate. Although close to the airport the rooms are very quiet. We would definitely stay at The Orbit again.”

“If there are no hiccups you’ll be fine. If you have a problem, expect a lot of “not my job” excuses. No one will take ownership of the problem and work to fix it.”

“I booked a stay here because it was a cheaper option for one night and it was close to the airport. When I arrived there wasn’t anyone to help with check in and we had to wait 15 minutes until someone came to check us in. Once we got to the room we noticed that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was dog hair and dirt on the floor. There was something spilled in the cupboard. “This hotel needs a total make over. Out first room a king room the bed was filthy they moved us to a so calked queen room suite the bed was old and uncomfortable. One of the outside windows was literally broken. I would not recommend this place.”

“Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

“The shuttle ride and driver was great— very friendly and kind! Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness.
