Hotel vicino a Temple of Vision - Richfield

“We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. “We were only there for one night but the staff were friendly and the room was clean. We would definitely stay again.”

“Yes everything was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would be great if breakfast lasted till 11 instead of 10. ”

“Poor customer service”

“The hotel room was very clean. The location was good. Quiet area, plenty of parking. The parking lot in front of the hotel was very lit. Breakfast was good as well. ”

“It’s so nice to have somebody who is actually nice to you when you are checking in. Very friendly; that’s honestly that’s hard to find at hotels today. The hotel itself has always been clean and the rooms have always been nice. One of my favorite places to stay.”

“Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. Basically cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, prepackaged muffins, bananas that were green, no other fruit and coffee. We were there at 8, breakfast was 7-10so it wasn't that we were there too late for breakfast. ”

“Room was smelling bad, light wouldn’t turn off. And plus it was even missing something like remote. No microwave. Door sometimes doesn’t lock properly. That place is terrible. Staff was good ”

“The breakfast was very good, it would be great if bacon was added. Better cleaning around the rim of the bathtub is needed in some rooms. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Yes, plenty of choices for breakfast. Daily menu changes too. Parking was close and well lit.”

“Staff is NEVER at the front desk so anytime you need something you’re standing there waiting for them to return. Room is ok, it’s an older hotel and it shows. ”
