“I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended. “I was very happy to be greeted by Sandy at check-in, as she remembered us from our last visit. She offered us snacks, water, and ice cream. The room was clean and spacious, but the walls were thin. Since we were on the far end and top floors of the building, the WiFi was very weak and sporadic. That being said, you can't beat the hospitality at this hotel; it is the friendliest and nicest experience we've had yet on this road trip. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“This hotel clearly used to be quite nice but has fallen off a bit. There was peeling paint and some stains on the walls. Two reading lights over the bed did not work. Hallways smelled of tobacco and pot smoke and only one of two elevators were working. The staff were nice but we did not need to interact very much. Parking was easy and the EV fast chargers were a big plus. With a bit of investment and fixing up this could be very nice but it currently has the feel of a hotel that will be...
