“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The room was spotless but loose the mirror in front of the closet; it swings back in front of the bathroom and obstructs the entrance. The breakfast was good. The staff was professional and courteous. ”

“Room was just set up right for a comfortable stay. A fridge, microwave, and dishwasher really all you need. Had a comfortable love couch for watching TV or just setting and relaxing. Good comfortable king size bed. Friendly attentive staff.”

“The staff was nice except the receptionist that worked the day I came and the manager took care of my needs and worries. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee too. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay altogether we would definitely come again”
