“Great room - the staff were able to accommodate my requests when I arrived. So nice to have a hot breakfast available at the hotel. Clean and close to the places I needed to be. I would recommend this Marriott hotel.”

“Pet friendly, room was spacious and clean (king deluxe), bath tub could be updated but bathroom over all clean, staff was not overly friendly but not rude, quiet hotel. Stayed in other hotels in the area and this was by far nicer.”

I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. So I went to the front desk to bring this to his attention and he laughed in my face and said “do you see anyone on the phone, do you see the phone ringing??” After that I spoke with the very nice manager. “Clean room, comfortable bed, staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good . Would stay with them again.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
