Hotel vicino a Resort sciistico Brandywine - Cleveland

“Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

“Breakfast was ample. Tile in bathroom floor was loose. We got a feeling management is working to cut costs. Room carpet was not well vacuumed, otherwise ok. ”

“AC is a bit loud. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location and parking is convenient.”

“As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe at this hotel. As some other reviews I’ve seen imply, the property is a bit worn. There was some staining on the comforter but I felt that everything had been washed and was clean. Check out Cozumel Mexican Restaurant next door for great food!”

“The overall condition of the building an amenities just felt run down and outdated. No option for queen beds so my husband and i had to share a double which was definitely not ideal and wasnt comfortable. There was trash in the can when we checked in, no toiletries provided at all. Not many channel options, paid extra for a balcony and the furniture was janky and outdated and the carpet was old and stained. I stayed at this property about 7 years ago and it has definitely (unfortunately) gone...

“Terrible experience. Got into my room, sat down in the bathroom and had no toilet paper. Room had dirty, damaged carpet, furniture was run down. Tile in bathroom was coming off the wall and half the lights didn't work. 50% of the time I tried to flush the toilet I had to reach into the tank and fiddle with the guts to get the tank to fill with water! Awful!! In the morning I tried to take a shower and the handle wouldn't come up to make the water come from the shower head. I went to the...

“The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon.”

“Floors were sticky in hallway amd elevator. Rooms were run down could definitely use some updates. ”

“Filthy rooms. Tiles coming off the bathroom floor. Tub looked like its not been used in a month. Mould on the ac/heater. Bed was comfy with clean sheets but lumpy pillows. Right beside a sheetz and interstate. Floors not cleaned. Dirty handprints on bathroom walls.... what was that brown stuff? Im not picky, but this was just bad. Ok if you're desperate, otherwise find somewhere else.”
