“The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! ”

“I was very happy to be greeted by Sandy at check-in, as she remembered us from our last visit. She offered us snacks, water, and ice cream. The room was clean and spacious, but the walls were thin. Since we were on the far end and top floors of the building, the WiFi was very weak and sporadic. That being said, you can't beat the hospitality at this hotel; it is the friendliest and nicest experience we've had yet on this road trip. ”

And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast.
