“This was our return trip on this vacation. Our second stay at this hotel in one week. “The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. “Room was clean, needs some updating. Minor fixing like a very loose toilet seat.”

“The hotel was conveniently located in proximity to restaurants and major road ways. I liked that it was pet friendly. The room was clean and quiet but furniture had visible wear and the room had a smell. Staff was very nice. Overall for the price I would stay again.”

“In 4 days no one cleaned our room. We were only given 2 small bars of soap, and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No extractor fan in bathroom.”

“Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....

“Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay.”

“The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.”

“All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

“Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.”
