Hotel vicino a Porthouse Theatre - Cuyahoga Falls

“Jeremiah and Kim at the front desk were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Shared the room with 3 others and appreciated the sink being located separate from the toilet and shower. Two things: would have been nice to have the bar open later as it closed at 10 pm and the room drapes were ripped. Other than those things, the hotel was great.”

“All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay.”

“Staff was polite. The hotel claims to be 100% nonsmoking, however the room smelled like it either used to be a smoking room or someone had recently been smoking in there. Room cleanliness was poor. The bedsheets seemed to be the cleanest items in there. Floors turned out socks dirty. Towels were soft but stained. Bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned properly in quite some time, the bottom was darkened and there was hair and soap buildup. Breakfast was all carbs — waffles, bagels/bread,...

“We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.”

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“Staff was great, place was clean. Easy parking. Air conditioner didn't really throw cold air, and bathroom sink faucet was very loose.”

“I would not recommend this property. To its credit, it was clean. On the negative side, the lone staff we communicated with wasn't particularly helpful when we noted that one of the exits was not able to be opened from inside the building. A major fire hazard. The breakfast bar was poorly stocked and very unappealing, probably the worst we have experienced in all our travels.”
