“Clean rooms, well stocked bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast bar. Location is close to stores, restaurants and easily as accessible to interstate ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“For the price--the room was fine--the front staff was courteous and I liked that I was politely reminded to have some coffee as I was checking out. Great location ”

“My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. ”
