“This was our return trip on this vacation. Our second stay at this hotel in one week. Due to the inconvenience of a buzzing in the smoke alarm in our room, the staff upgraded our room for this return trip. The room was very nice, as expected due to our previous experience here. Here. “The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. We waited about 10-15 minutes for a room to be cleaned. The room was okay except the toilet/shower area. It was dirty and...

“All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

“Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....

“Staff was polite. The hotel claims to be 100% nonsmoking, however the room smelled like it either used to be a smoking room or someone had recently been smoking in there. Room cleanliness was poor. The bedsheets seemed to be the cleanest items in there. Floors turned out socks dirty. Towels were soft but stained. Bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned properly in quite some time, the bottom was darkened and there was hair and soap buildup. Breakfast was all carbs — waffles, bagels/bread,...

“The room was nice clean and very comfortable. Easy walking to the ballpark for baseball game.”

“The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“Staff was great, place was clean. Easy parking. Air conditioner didn't really throw cold air, and bathroom sink faucet was very loose.”

“We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.”
