“The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well.”

“Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. Basically cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, prepackaged muffins, bananas that were green, no other fruit and coffee. We were there at 8, breakfast was 7-10so it wasn't that we were there too late for breakfast. ”

“Room was smelling bad, light wouldn’t turn off. And plus it was even missing something like remote. No microwave. Door sometimes doesn’t lock properly. That place is terrible. Staff was good ”

“It’s so nice to have somebody who is actually nice to you when you are checking in. Very friendly; that’s honestly that’s hard to find at hotels today. The hotel itself has always been clean and the rooms have always been nice. One of my favorite places to stay.”

“We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets.
