“This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”
“The staff was so kind! The girl at the front desk was very polite, along with the housekeeping in the hallways. The chef at breakfast was helpful, attentive, and kept the area very clean. The pool was clean and warm and the kids loved it. Very good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again. ”
“This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.”

“The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! ”
“The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay for parking while gone on our trip, thought it would be a nice gesture to be free since we paid that much to stay there. Other than that great place to stay and very convenient to the airport and close”

"Ottima la stanza con cucina, frigo mastodontico e piastra a induzione, ma senza nessun attrezzo di cucina, mancava l'asciugacapelli. Considerando il costo, la colazione era vergognosa. Nessun piatto, solo qualche snakes e degli yogurts. Non previsti: fette di pane, granola, latte fresco, confettura, burro, formaggio, frutta e succo di frutta. "
