“Excellent breakfast!!!”

“The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other nearby amenities. ”

“There was visible mice crawling around in the lobby of the hotel. Countless stains on the carpet in the hallways. The floor tiles were peeling and loose. The room was run down with stains over the chairs, leftover hair in the bathroom, fuzz on the glass, and food crumbs on the tables. If I were Hilton, I wouldn’t want my name on this place. ”

“There was plenty of safe parking available, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive!”

“Breakfast not included. First night had raised the temp from 65o to 70o and responded well. Second night temp set at 70o and climbed to 75o by morning??? Lobby exit has busted brick in many places. My wife walks with a cane. Wallpaper torn here and there. We stayed for price. Closest to moms nursing home and $70 cheaper than 2 other hotels.”

“The room was on the first floor which really helped since it was snowing and we could park our car right outside of our room. Easy loading/unloading/access. The room was modest abd dated. There was a fridge abd microwave. That was nice ”

“Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance from Severance Hall, Art Museum and several ither sites. Rooms are clean and functional. Water pressure in shower is marginal. Only major issue was the smell in the cafe area coming from the oven in the coffee area. I believe a burned out catalytic convertor is the issue and should be replaced ASAP. Not healthy for the wonderful staff or guests.”

“Breakfast was impressive. Room was slightly dated but was overall clean and comfortable. Pool was closed during our stay as it was still out of season. Would stay again!”
