“Their remodel is a success!!! Very clean! Breakfast could be improved but other then that it was great!!!”

“The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt.”

“The room was comfortable. It was clean. The old beat up chair took away from the updates that have been made. Although the balcony was nice, the loud and hot air conditioning unit took away from the ambiance. Breakfast was sooo fresh and tasty! The staff was very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable.”

L'albergo storico ci è piaciuto, anche se la camera sulla main road era molto rumorosa - quindi assolutamente da chiedere una stanza all'interno se si ama la tranquillità. Le finestre non sono ben insonorizzate e le camere, almeno la nostra, non condizionate. “This hotel is the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. It has been there several years and it looks brand new. The staff was excellent (Tangy the day shift front desk person was awesome and very helpful). Also the the evening shift guy was very helpful and was busy every time I saw him) Great hotel and we will stay there again”

“We were welcomed politely, but right away were told we could not have the room we booked in advance: we had called in advance in the morning as was mentioned we should do before checking in. During booking , we knew we could bring a pet , with paying a fee, which was fine with us. During our call that morning, the person who answered our call, stated we would not have the room with the view over the valley , but a different room in the hotel and the the security fee for the dog was $100. “Plain and simple.This is a two or three star hotel at best.Don't expect a lot clean sheets.Scratch your towels, put a good price”

“Bed sheet had brown splatter stains. White towels were grey looking. Dead bolt on door was broken like the door had been kicked in. Room looks like it's had updates but the door was rough looking. TV worked sporadically. It was overall a super sketchy looking place. Staff was nice though. Rather overpriced for the quality of the place and the poor quality of bedding and towels, only bathroom items was 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo, not sure there was kleenex either, maybe roll of toilet paper....
