“Room was very clean”

“There was not any muffins or quick breakfast options. The elevator was broke most of our stay and there was no apology or offer to discount the room since we were on an upper floor.”

“Everything was great except the bath towels were like sandpaper. ”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”

“Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.”

“Great location for a quick night stop on a trip. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Would stay again!”

“Room was clean. Shower drain was at least partially clogged as the tub had a few inches of water in it after showering. There’s an exhaust fan in the bathroom but not switch to turn it on. It’s still clean but starting to show its age. And as Expedia members, we used to get a bottle of water and a some mints when checking in. Not so this time around. ”

“Hotel was pretty dated. Beds were full not queen. Bathroom had shower and toilet together and was very small”

“The breakfast was pretty good. It was more then I expected! Cheese omelettes,b sausage, fried eggs, yogurt, cheese sticks, pudding, hot and cold cereal, muffins, fruit ! Pretty good! And the water park was pretty cool! A little small but we made it work! The lady that watching over it was a little snappy but it all worked out”

“Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge...
