“Cool spot.”

“We use this hotel as our halfway point to and from our home to our daughters home. The rooms are always clean, Staff is always nice, and getting in and out is very easy.”

“Hit and miss, but overall, positive stay. The beds were very stiff and not very comfortable. However, our stay was during a major heatwave and the AC was glorious. Continental breakfast is as would be expected for the price at this place.”

“We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.”

“Our stay was okay. The property was not well cared for. It seemed like the locals booked rooms on the weekend to use the pool and it was occupied well after closing time. The reviews were good so we booked here. Definitely needs a refreshing of the physical hotel areas. The building exterior is falling away, the rooms were musty smelling even after running AC for hours. Staff was nice, and beds were comfortable. “Our stay was amazing, one of the Betsy was extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an issue with our door it was some kind of machinal malfunction and she was extremely understanding and quick in helping us figure it out, the room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast tasted amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing! I'll definitely be booking again for my husband and I!”

“I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations.”

“The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the local area and had good suggestions on where to eat. I love the fact that the room had a full kitchenette - full refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner cooktop and sink with a coffee maker. They even provided a small dish soap and towels for the kitchenette area. The queen beds were comfortable - one had a softer mattress the other was firmer, which I liked. The acting Manager Courtney was kind, attentive and made you feel like you were at home. Little comforts from a coffee bar and snack basket await you outside your room.
