“Very clean rooms. Only problem for me was the mattresses in my room were pretty springy and old. But for the price the room was nice and clean. ”

“A little understaffed (went in for check in and nobody was at the front desk, other guests already waiting to check in, tried the front bell but apparently it was broken; finally had to call the hotel’s front desk number and tell them we were in the next room waiting to get registered). Other than that issue, everything else was fine. Accommodations were clean, tidy, efficient. Property was quiet and enjoyed the pool facilities. Free breakfast was fine and filling, good value. Would recommend...

“We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

“The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t wake from my sleep at all. The staff was really helpful. I arrived late and they still checked me in. They give ToGo containers at breakfast which was very helpful. They have direct from bean to cup coffee, which tasted so good, and little cups of marshmallows to put in your hot chocolate. Tip the attendant! She kept everything clean and fully stocked! Full breakfast bar.”
