Hotel sulla spiaggia a Toledo

“When we arrived at the hotel late night, we were told the room door locks were not working and that they could not accomadate us. We were not notified of this ahead of time, we were told by the reception to find other hotels by driving around and no assistance, suggestions or any effort made to secure another hotel or alternate accommodation. This is disgraceful for Choice hotel who is in the hospitality industry to serve clients in this manner. I recognize this is a franchisee holder location,...

“The room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed polite enough. Most of my disappointment comes from the pool/whirlpool area. The entire left side of the pool/whirlpool area was walled off with webs of caution tape. And the pool water itself was cloudy and uninviting. There was garbage, used cups, shaker bottles littering the room but I was the only one in it. The whole vibe of it felt "Unsafe" I will be honest I'd probably never stay at this hotel again. I wonder if one of the others...

“Starting to see this a most RF's. The room curtains need to be cleaned. It's a filter over a air system that sucks in any smoker outside and sends it through the curtains. Room smells like a smoke room. The rooms get cleaned but not the 6 year old curtains.”
