“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”

“I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed and couch were visibly stained, and the entire property had a strong unpleasant smell. The furniture throughout the hotel looked broken, mismatched, and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a very run-down feel. The parking lot also felt unsafe, which added to the discomfort. “Under construction and the dumpster made the whole property stink. But the staff was nice. Pool was great. Great breakfast.”

“The room was very clean. The shower was clean. I liked the design of the shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was dated and small. The woman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a bottled water. The set up of the lobby was uninviting, however, with glass between us and a small place to slide my ID. “Everything was great!”

“We had an outside room. The air conditioning was very loud along with the fan in the bathroom. The room was clean & large. Breakfast was fine, very clean at the breakfast area. I wish they offered coffee throughout the day. Overall a nice hotel with a friendly staff.”

“Frozen in 70-ties rundown and dirty property. Stay away. Does not look like the pictures. Kitchen was empty without any dishes or utensils. The 21” TV did not work. Just sheets on the bed not comforter. Stay away. Should be closed.”

“The staff is friendly and pleasant. The room was fairly clean. But all the linens need to be replaced. Though they might have been clean stains are evident and some have holes in them. I even had to reverse the sheets because they felt smoother inside out. Check-in and check-out was quick. For an overnight stay with no frills, this place was fine. Its not the best value for money - there were other places nearby for the same price that had breakfast and looked nicer (from the pictures). ”

“The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but...
