“The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”

“Check in/out staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only drawbacks were road construction, pool not operational at time of visit, bathroom showing wear and tear. Older and used. Breakfast was good with varied options.”

“Room 305 had a blood or poop stain on the underside of the toilet bowl rim upon arrival”

“I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.”

“The front staff was very attentive to us. We were there due to a death in the family, and they upgraded our room to make things easier.”

“Even during their current remodeling, they earned 5 stars!! The upgrades are super and the staff very helpful. I was greeted with an incredibly fresh aroma when I entered the property. Nice touch!!”

“The room was clean and organized. The hotel was also conveniently located near the I-80 highway. It’s in a quiet and secluded area with easy access for travelers in the road. However, there isn’t a free breakfast and there are no microwaves in the room, so be aware before booking.”
