“The worst hotel I have ever seen.”

“Plain and simple. It's was a great place to stay. Perfect location, Great and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”

“The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”

“Nice hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast. The fitness center could use a bit of an upgrade as the treadmill worked but not all of the buttons were functional. This is a good hotel option for a short stay in the Bowling Green area.”

“I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my 51 trips around the sun. I have a few things that are important to me when I am “out of my element” cleanliness, tv works, and the bathroom lighting…sounds weird I know, but as a 51yo woman that actually wears very little makeup, sometimes the lights in the bathroom are horrible!! LOL! My son and I stayed at the Best Western in BG because we were there for his orientation. The room was very clean, the staff was amazing! And the lighting in the bathroom was...

“I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.”

“My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.”

“Staff was very very helpful during our layover being that plane was extremely delayed from ATL storms they were extremely helpful thanks again was able to check in early we.need places like this now outside carpet and carpet in Rooms need to be clean that would be a game changer for the ratings”
