“The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“No! Breakfast area in being redone so all they had to offer was a granola bar.”

“The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional”

“Booked a room, arrived, went to my room and turned right back around. I didn’t like the smell of the hotel and room, I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that bed. I’m not even bougie like that, but I was traveling alone and everything just felt dirty and sketchy. Not to mention they gave me an adjoining room (which I didn’t ask for) and the main door looked like the lock was previously jammed open or something. Just super suss. So I got a refund and went on the Marriott down the street lol. ”

“i made a mistake and reserved a smoking room. When I checked in, no non-smoking rooms were available. I could not cancel without losing all my money. The room was Horrible, but that smell was my mistake. The conditions of the room were what you would expect for this price. Much in need of new carpet, painting, and updating. If you don't make a mistake reserving a smoking room, and just need a bed and bath for the night, it will do; as long as you don't set your expectations too high.”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“Building looked very sketchy and very rundown/unclean. We did not feel safe staying here and I ended up accepting my losses because I couldn’t cancel or get a refund. Paid for two hotels because this place didn’t feel safe in the slightest. ”

“The place Is being renovated. Messy. Gym, pool closed. The hotel star rating should be downgraded during this time. ”

“We took our grandkids for an overnight to use the pool in the hot tub, they all commented on the fact that everybody that work there was so nice and they wanna come back next year!”
