Hotel vicino a C.Y.O. Athletic Complex - Toledo

“The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. ”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were terrible not absorbent enough except for the large bath towels.”

“Never saw anyone use the gym and it was right out my door The pool was unusable and needs a lot of work before it will be The place is old, in need of demo and rebuild That being said, the staff is the absolute best. The place is clean and comfortable and the price is the best if you just want a clean, safe place, in an excellent location.”

“Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out.....”

“Not good. There was someone’s hair in our bed, floor and bathroom were not cleaned, 1/2 empty hotel soaps in the shower. A lot of long term residents throughout the building. Front desk guy was nice and helped where he could, but would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Property was run down and dirty. Carpet was frayed from entryway to main part of room and my husband stepped on a carpet tack. Place was very shabby. Door handle falling off/loose on fire door and outside entry door was broken and unlocked 24/7 - so no security. Place smelled horrible and marijuana smell was thru out the hallway. Coffee maker lacked carafe.”

“You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.”

“Back in its day, it was probably still a scary motel. Room smelled of smoke Room had not been updated in years. Not a great area. ”

“There was no one there when we arrived. We waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes and someone finally came in. Went to the room and it wasn't even cleaned. The pillows were on the floor, the pillow cases were laying on the bed. She gave us a new room. I just don't know how a room here with a king bed gets a 9.2 excellent rating on expedia. We have been traveling a little lately and 2 out of 4 supposed excellent hotels were not very good. ”

“This place is awesome! The room was huge and extra clean. The coffee was tasty and the breakfast hit the spot. Would stay here again!!”

“Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend ”
