Hotel a Rossford

“The staff was very pleasant. The property is old but had some nice elements and was clean. Two complaints, I had an outside door that had huge gaps around the frame - light, air, noise easily came through. Also, there was a chronic smell of pot/weed all over (including in my room) and plenty of noise (music) from neighboring rooms. In a non-smoking room and hotel, this is a problem for me.”

“Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd.”

“Staff are amazing and very professional and helpful. The only downside was the noise of fan and the function of HVAC.. It was freezing cold and I was not able to set the thermostat. I was planning to stay two more days but I did not stay due to the HVAC situation. ”

“There was no one there when we arrived. We waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes and someone finally came in. Went to the room and it wasn't even cleaned. The pillows were on the floor, the pillow cases were laying on the bed. She gave us a new room. I just don't know how a room here with a king bed gets a 9.2 excellent rating on expedia. We have been traveling a little lately and 2 out of 4 supposed excellent hotels were not very good. ”

“Nice big clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The hot breakfast buffet is great. Friendly staff. Dozens of great restaurants nearby. The heated pool looks nice, we didn't try it.”
