“Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay.”

“We didn’t end up staying. Our bathroom did not have a shower curtain. It was definitely not what was advertised. We ended up staying elsewhere.”

“The room we got was weird looked like it was an office converted to a room. The door did not have an inner lock to secure the door. Plus you could see light outside the door. The room felt like it was missing furniture only one nightstand. The blinds were broken. The bed was very springy and loud. Was not worth what I paid to stay there.”

“The pool was at 50 degrees, they wouldn’t turn on the heater. They don’t set foot in your room unless you are there for more than 3 days. This means no towels, beds aren’t made, no tissues, and out of conditioner. They didn’t have any milk for breakfast and our tv needed to be “reset” every am in order to work. The only pleasant fella was the guy working breakfast. He needs a raise and should give lessons to the other staff members working behind the desk. We had a boys basketball team at...
