“It was a greatest experience, very clean, quiet. I have no complaints. I will definitely be booking again.”

“Property was run down and dirty. Carpet was frayed from entryway to main part of room and my husband stepped on a carpet tack. Place was very shabby. Door handle falling off/loose on fire door and outside entry door was broken and unlocked 24/7 - so no security. Place smelled horrible and marijuana smell was thru out the hallway. Coffee maker lacked carafe.”

“Staff are amazing and very professional and helpful. The only downside was the noise of fan and the function of HVAC.. It was freezing cold and I was not able to set the thermostat. I was planning to stay two more days but I did not stay due to the HVAC situation. ”

“Brought our pups who barked 2x when my daughter knocked on the door and someone called about it. But then the person above us was running all over the room sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling till midnight for two nights and up at 7am running and walking hard. Could hear everything. Staff was great. Found a flea in our room as we were checking out and the pull out couch bed had plastic wrap on it and every time my daughter moved it sounded like she was rolling on a trash bag so loud...

“I chose to pay cash and usually when I do that I just have to give them a card to put on file for just in case. Here they never gave me that option it was another $250 if I was going to pay in cash. Didn’t quite understand why I couldn’t just give my card to put on file but it’s whatever.”

“Righ when I entered this place it immediately looked really dirty. There were a suspicious people around the premises making me and my daughter feel unsafe. The receptionist gave us one room that was super dirty, there were toes nails on the carpet and the blanket smelled so bad and had stains, I couldn’t stay in this room because I couldn’t breathe as the smell was so discussing so I went back with the receptionist. He give me other room which was worse than the first one as it look like...
