“Worst motel I have ever stayed at. Staff are rude and inconsiderate”

“Dirty floors and outright frightening and dangerous and noisy rusting stairs to 2nd level with varyingly sized stair treads. Curtains didn't block much light . Breakfast a bit of an insult”

“Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”

“I travel to Findlay twice a month and always stay at the Hancock Hotel. The price is fair, the rooms are clean, and the staff is excellent! While parking is limited (you have to valet your vehicle), the proximity to restaurants and entertainment is worth it.”

“Hotel was good. Was bummed when checking in when told pool was closed. Main reason booking was pool for kids. Stuff happens, we survived. ”

“Nice property. No elevator, so get ground floor room if you're averse to stairs. Tasty breakfast, only hotel/motel property in Fostoria.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. You can tell this hotel gets some heavy use from BGSU and is showing a bit. Breakfast was disappointing for a Hilton property with convenience items really scaled back.”

“One of the worse places we ever stayed in. Hot water did not work in the bathtub. Then the manager forgot to tell maintenance (outside contactor I am sure, maybe from a local seedy establishment ) so they let us use another room with working hot water the next day that was not rented. My wife tripped and her hand hit the old room door latch mount, that should have been removed long ago. I use to do safety audits at my old job and this place has many issues that I can see, including electrical. I...
