Hotel a Upper Sandusky

“I booked a room with 2 doubles beds and was given a room with 1 double and sofa; I asked the front desk to correct the mistake but was told they were booked. The hallway in which our room was in smelled like cat urine while the other hallways smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. Would not return or recommend.”

“Door would Not lock 5 days, bathtub drain plugged, no housekeeping for 7 days, I took towels down n brought clean ones back up, as I did trash. When they unplugged tub the dude left the towels on the BR floor-we cleaned it up. Day after they fixed the door it was broken. BR door shut n locked, the doornob on was put on backwards. Dump, shoddy at best. Best Western should be Ashamed to have its name attached.”

“Staff was very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable with lots of comfy pillows. Free parking on site and free breakfast. I only had coffee but the breakfast offerings were many and looked fresh and delicious. The only negative was there was a large group of guests near me that were partying and loud u til 11:30 pm Friday and Saturday until 10-ish. The noise stopped just as I was about to call the front desk Friday so maybe someone else Called. Anyway, this is certainly not the fault of the...

“Room was not cleaned daily. Grounds not taken care of. Tried to make a reservation under the same hotel under the Wyndham name and the person at the desk never told me they changed names, just that they weren't taking reservations but then I was able to make a reservation under the new name through Expedia.”

“That room was on another level that the most elegant pocket door for restroom I have ever seen will more than likely stay there next visit.”

“Room was generally unsafe and in very poor condition. We left immediately and asked for a refund. The staff were helpful when the issues were brought to their attention”

“Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!”

“Pool didn’t work, Wi-Fi barely worked, barely any breakfast food, font desk was ignorant,”

“Gave away our room booked via Expedia. Never contacted us. Got there at 10pm after youth sports games to be turned away despite booking over 6 months ago. Terrible”

“Great place to stop on our trip to Indiana The 5:30 kickback was so yummy, chicken, veggies, pasta, soup, and more. Breakfast was good as well. Room was very clean n the bed very comfortable Would stay at The Drury again”
