“The room that my wife and I was in was very clean the air conditioner worked wonderfully, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back one of the most reasonable places in the area.”

“I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!”

“Besides the pool this hotel as advertised. The rooms and premises are not well maintained. None of the doors externally are closed or locked and the room locks were damaged. The halls and rooms were very musty smelling. Walls and doors damaged and dirty. It was unfortunate the hotel had “good” ratings, tricking people into making reservations. Not as advertised, and not worth considering.”

“I booked this hotel because they had a pool. When I got there they told me the pool was closed down for waiting on parts. I was not happy with that”

“I was not impressed with breakfast. I was expecting scrambled eggs, bacon options. The typical American breakfast. Otherwise decent enough stay. The fitness center was disappointing as it was not onsite. We were there for a graduation nearby. We did walk around town and that was nice.”
