“My overall day was good. The room I stayed in the tub function wasn’t working and the microwave was goofy to use. Breakfast was OK, a standard buffet breakfast. I do wish they had waffles instead of pancakes though. The staff was very helpful and the place isn’t too far from the mall and I-70. Once you get past St. Clairsville, the whole area has a Silent Hill vibe so make sure you have your GPS AND/or good phone coverage so you won’t get lost at night time which is very easy to do since for the...

“For the price, this was a GREAT hotel. Conveniently located right off the highway with plenty of choices for food. Mattresses were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful. The air conditioning was pumping out nice chilly air when the outdoor heat was a hundred degrees. And the free breakfast buffet was freshly made with hot eggs and sausage, good coffee, and plenty of fresh fruit, juice, and muffins. I would definitely stay here again if I were on the road an needed a safe, quiet, and comfortable...

“The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.”

“Checking was to be after 3:00 I waited for an hour for my room to be ready — 4:00 and the room was freezing and the windows could not be opened I wanted an accessible room — I got what they call accessible but the shower was in the tub — there is no way I could get into or out of the shower himself and I was traveling alone I finally turned the heat on to warm up the room even though it was 88 degrees outside I changed motels after one night”

“The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there, EVERYTHING was either broken or under construction. The swimming pool is being renovated. It's been under construction for a year. The workout facility is ALSO under construction. The ice machine is GONE! You have to go to the front desk to ask for ice. They were working on the roof when we were staying there so there was constant workers in the parking lot. Now, here is the POSITIVES. The workers were AWESOME! They can't control...

This was a great experience, because of the owner. If you’re going to a concert at The Pavilion at Star Lake or just in the area this is a great place to stay.”

“Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned.”
