Wonderful property with spectacular views.

Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. The best selection of breakfast buffet and special mention to the kitchen staff and chefs - they made excellent made to order omelets and the best coffees! Will visit again! Highly recommended! Hotel is no-frills. Expect a comfortable bed but not much service or customer experience beyond bare minimum. We were saddened and frustrated that two minor requests: bottle opener for wine and a fan were met with a “no” upon request. We understand if nothing is truly available, however, staff felt quick to deny a request and not look to support anything further. I think if you come into this hotel with the right mindset you’d be fine. However, we previously stayed in higher end hotels and that made this customer experience very lack luster and left a poor impression. Would try another hotel next time around.
