Hotel a Rickman

“Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.”

“There were bed bugs and termites all over the room. There was also pet hair everywhere ”

“We were unable to make it to the hotel for the reservation and they couldn't refund the room as it was made through you all they said. There were problems and car troubles. ”

“Room was clean and spacious. Pool was heaviliy clorinated. Breakfast was not well stocked. My family and others waited awhile for it to be restocked.”

“The property had clean beds and floors. The front desk was nice and friendly. However, our bathroom was really dirty and the parking lot ran out of spaces to park and people were parking anywhere they could.”

“Was only there for short time have no complaints at all. Room was nice size and clean. Downstairs was ok breakfeast was basic but all that was needed. Great for a night stay after a late flight into nashville after a day of travel.”

“We are from Canada and stayed here for 10 days. It was a fantastic stay. The owners were lovely people. As well as the staff were so accommodating. The location was quite and close to everything. Would definitely go back.”

“The property is generally nice for a simple short stay. It sometimes gets noisy and have some people smoking cigarettes and weed around the rooms, so that can get someone uncomfortable and to me it’s the major downside.”

“Very few dishes and only 1 fork. Had to stop at dollar tree and buy some glasses. Good ice maker and full size fridge. No housekeeping service for us since we were staying a week and I guess they don't come until you leave. Only 1 towel per person. My husband stopped by front desk and requested a couple new ones (our were soaked after multiple uses) but they didn't have any clean ones so they said they would bring some and never did. “The rooms were dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The sheets, pillows and comforters had dirt and stains on them. The manager was rude.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”
