Hotel a Monterey

“The hotel room is smelling odd, very poor facilities. It can’t be 3 star at all. Breakfast is really poor, don’t recommend this for the price. But the it just off the highway, if someone needs to pull for a night sleep and continue drive in the morning, thus is very convenient.”

“The manager was absolutely terrible to me. I did what he asked me to do and he still kicked me out. He stole another night's rent and the cash deposit. There were no damages. I have never had my money flat out stolen from under me ...and nothing I could do about it because the cops would have fabricated for him to have what he wanted. Especially if they all have common nefarious interests. I will not stop until I have every last dime back. I aSKED FOR the refund SEVERAL TIMES AND HE REFUSEd...

“Staff were excellent. Room has a few things that needs fixed. Bath drain was broken. Toilet seat had a broken screw and lights in the bar area didn’t work but overall was good”

“Room was spacious with 2 queen beds. Our mirrors had smudges on them so they needed to be cleaned better. We did see a few ants too. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped. Staff was very friendly.”

“The room was nice. The check in lady was ok the check out guy was terrible. He never refilled the breakfast food and acted like i was interrupting his day. The remote didn't work so there was no TV. And the shower curtain rod didn't stay in place. It was a pressure rod.”

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”

“We stay at the Thunderbird Best Western every time that we travet to Cookville, TN to visit our daughter and grandchildren.”

“Air conditioning was quite noisy, and could not stop it; it was always necessary to set the password to connect with the wifi. Good position, close to motorway and many restaurants.”

“Location is good, just close to Interstate and to restaurants. Rooms are big, and beds are comfortable. I think I will get back again.”

“Bed was not on par with chain standards, AC in main areas wasn’t working nor were computers or printers in the business center. Staff couldn’t print a receipt for stay from their computer either.”
