“We loved our stay at this location. This is a place with personality and some history. The room was clean, the beds were soft, and fresh coffee was waiting for us in the lobby. We had room number 1, next to a busy street which was unfortunate. Traffic almost never stopped and since it was a warm night, it was our choice to keep the window open (even though the room had a fan). “We found Chipman Hall to be such a cozy and charming historic space. The bedding was very comfortable and we had a restful sleep. The entire space had everything we needed with a little kitchenette and spot to relax. Note to visitors, the lot behind the hotel is free on weekends after 6pm, as is the red rose lot nearby, as long as your vehicle is moved by noon, the following day. We loved our stay and will definitely return!”
