“I highly recommend staying here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was hot while we were staying and they came by on the second day to give us some extra bottles of water and to make sure everything was good. It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere, we all slept great both nights we stayed. I will definitely be booking the cottage again next summer for my trip to Saint John.”

On entend même les discussions des voisins et celles des corridors, claquement des portes. Comparé au Holliday Inn de Moncton, cet hôtel a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Lit trop mou, presque inconfortable.”

“Perfect location and great staff”

“Quite old motel, but maintained fairly well. One rickety elevator if you're not staying on the 1st floor. Rooms face the highway and the afternoon sun. Thus, fair amount of traffic noise and HOT on a sunny day. Curtains did little to keep out the sun and the A/C was old and almost useless. It would run for roughly 15 minutes then the compressor would quit. Not good sleeping getting up several times an hour to try to restart the cooling - plus sun coming in. Not in a great part of town -...

“Architecture is interesting and authentic for 100 yrs or so ago when built. Lots of common areas for seating and socializing. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. No AIR CONDITIONING! Fan present but falls short of a comfortable temp when hot outside (as it was for my stay). Staff were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Explained facilities and processes. Bathroom was clean with a nice cast iron enameled tub/shower. Room was a bit lacking for counter/storage space.”

“Great for a night stop in a quiet location a short drive from the ferry to Digby. A standard but quite well equipped motel and a missing item was quickly supplied by the owner. Very good value for money”
