Hotel a Royal City

“terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.”

“Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Fantastic value. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, there was a full kitchen in the room. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Moses Lake ”

“We actually missed breakfast by a couple minutes. The nice gal met us come in and make breakfast sandwiches to go. She was so kind!”

“The AC unit in our room was very loud and woke me up several times during the night going off and on. The grounds were fair. The building is under renovation. The free breakfast was sparse because they did not refill empty trays of food very fast. No room service. ”

“The room was just as advertised. There was some hair in the bathroom which is so gross for me, so unfortunately the room felt unclean because of that. I felt very unsafe because the door did not have a dead bolt that worked and the only lock on the door was a push button that didn't seem to work. There are people that live there and there was a woman that sat outside her room and smoked all night, and the smoke came into my room. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The...

“Nice comfortable place ”

“I didn't check the AC as it wasn't hot enough to be needed, pool not in operation as of yet, again too early to be desired. I was disappointed only that there wasn't any shampoo, and that there wasn't a smoke detector, otherwise I had no complaints. ”

“I called ahead to make sure that we would have a shower chair and two beds because i an traveling with my mom and we both have mobility issues so it's important to have a shower chair. I was told that all the handicapped rooms have s shower chair and they confirmed we booked a room with two beds. When we got there to check in, i was told that the only room with a shower chair is attached in the shower and that is in a room with one king bed. Thankfully we only stayed there for one night...

“Staff was friendly, although the young employer at check-in seemed a little lost overall, but he was pleasant. The pool was warm enough for me to happily join my kiddo no fewer than 3 times during our stay. Breakfast was varied and just what we needed. While I dont expect to return to Moses Lake soon, I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were fine, and sheets smelled predictably of bleach, which was the only downside - I'm sensitive to it at times.”

“Worst bed I have ever slept in. Worst wifi I have ever had to use. TV shuts itself off on you to save them pennies. Staff is nice, but this place is a dump.”

“il ragazzo coreano alla reception è stato molto gentile , ci ha fatto vedere e scegliere tra due camere , riforniti con una montagna di asciugamani . la struttura è un po da sistemare ma la pulizia, il giardino con una bela piscina e barbeque dopo un lungo viaggio sono un solievo. da non dimenticare la colazione abondante.”
