“Clean hotel with helpful staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, with dairy-free options and plenty of healthy toppings for the prepared oatmeal. The coffee machine worked well, and the area was well stocked. The gym was well-equipped and clean. My only complaint is that the parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of because it's on a busy road, and there was a lot of road noise all night.”

“The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good.”

“The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful...

“Hotel is a convenient short walk over a sky bridge to the convention center. Staff is always friendly and helpful in every way. Inside-outside pool is fun. Lots of free parking. The restaurant at the top of the hotel has been closed for years, yet they continue to advertise it. There are coffee pot machines, irons, hair dryers and fridges in the rooms, But no microwaves. There IS a microwave in the lobby, but their “continental” breakfast can leave you wanting something more. No sweet rolls...
