“Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. He was perfectly nice but seemed confused I was there. Breakfast left much to be desired. I think the room was clean? Hard to tell cause it was pretty dated and worn down. I don’t feel unsafe, but it wasn’t the best experience. ”

“This is a pretty tired older hotel that has not been updated. I'll start with some positives: The location next to the convention center was excellent for us, attending a two-day convention. The view from our room over the railroad to the Columbia River was nice. The chair has TWO desk chairs, a rarity. We were able to move the desk in front of the window and sit across for meals and Scrabble. The most serious maintenance deficiency was the elevatrs. One was not working. A second was...

“The hotel was perfect for our needs - swimming for the kids and a place for the parents to hang out - And the cookies were a nice added treat!”

“Room was great - clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. The pool and hot tub were cloudy. You couldn't see your feet, which made the water feel not clean. The breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage bisquits and gravy - were tasteless and cold. Took it back to my room to warm it in the microwave, but it didn't help the lack of taste.”

“We both wear c-paps, working electrical plugs are necessary, we should not be forced to move furniture and unplug clocks etc.. to be able to plug them in. The receptacles on the lamps did not work. Also, when making reservation it should say that the pool is not available, not wait until the customer has made the reservation and show up and then find out. Other than that the room and hotel were great.”
