“Nice and clean and friendly staff”

“The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good.”

“The staff is the friendliest and most helpful for anything and everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic and well maintained by staff for the whole breakfast period. Every one of them appears to love their job and they like each other too. You can tell at a business when this isn't the case. They all get along! And the pool, and hot tub are great additions. Would stay there anytime I went to Wenatchee without a doubt.”

“Not clean and very outdated property. Not worth the price at all. There was hair in the bed upon arrival. Swimming pool with 1 umbrella that was broken and useless. Many better options in the area for the money!”

“It needs updating. It was comfortable enough. The room looked like it was cleaned by someone who really doesn’t have attention to detail/like the towels just thrown on the rack. Nothing game changing, it serviced the purpose but that’s it.”

“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and...

“They have no USB ports. All Carpet seams being held down with duct tape. Delaminating backing on the carpet and it’s like waves and ocean for trip hazards. And a complete maze to get to your room!!!!”

“Hot tub was out service during our stay. The room was excellent, clean, and tidy bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Pool was mentioned to be heated and at the time we went into the pool is was ok and not heated.”
