“Every thing good.”

“Clean hotel with helpful staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, with dairy-free options and plenty of healthy toppings for the prepared oatmeal. The coffee machine worked well, and the area was well stocked. The gym was well-equipped and clean. My only complaint is that the parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of because it's on a busy road, and there was a lot of road noise all night.”

“Pictures look better than reality”

“The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good.”

“I must admit the best thing about it was the price… Which in the world today means a lot to me! This is a no-frills nice little motel that is perfectly adequate! Anything else is a waste of money.”

“Great place to visit - especially with kids! The green grassy areas were right outside the rooms and I felt comfortable letting my kids play outside by themselves. The pool was awesome - super deep end but there's a ledge all the way around. The location was close enough to walk to the "tourist" area of Leavenworth and down to the waterfront. “I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. “This is an older facility and we could see that they have made improvements. It just looks old coming onto the facility and I remember saying, "oh no", but it turned out ok. Nothing spectacular here. The steps up to the second floor are carpeted and therefore dirty. They need to a vacuumed.
