“I think you should be able to pay cash at check in without having to leave $250.00 for possible incidentals. You have my credit card for that, if needed. Room was very clean (except the base of the floor lamp)and the bed was comfortable. I was in this industry, so I notice everything. The chrome fixtures on the sink and tub definitely need replacing. The tissues were very rough. Loved the shampoo and conditioner, though. Good breakfast, but Dairy free and Gluten free options would be nice. ”

“No It was a view to an industrial area. We arrived and I pulled out the pull out bed. And it was filthy and dingy and also the mattress was too. Was also broken at the end and unsleepable. He had to move rooms. The next room I pulled out the pullout couch. It's very uncomfortable and there is no way you can get a Good Night's sleep on it at all. So it shouldn't be advertised that you can use it to sleep because you will not. The second room the mattress looked OK and it wasn't dingy. But it...

“The room was amazing. My wife is handicapped in a walker. The room was big enough for her to get around. One thing that needs to be done is add grab bars in the shower. ”

“Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. ”

“Staff at the Quality Inn were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean, if a little worn. I love that there's a little cafe right across the street - so nice to be able to walk to dinner after a long drive!”

“Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!”
