“No elevator access - and it wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. We didn’t find out until we checked in. The room windows were filthy and the screen had a large square hole cut out of it. The hot tub at the pool was dirty and barely warmer than the pool. No towels available at the pool. When we were dragging our belongings down the stairs and packing the cars, on the last trip up, the door lock batteries went out so we had to go to the front desk to have someone come replace the batteries. “It’s not fancy upscale mid century modern. But the decor and grounds where nice.. The mini golf is kept up and fun, bowling next door has an upbeat family feel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through or staying a couple days in Moses Lake”

“Honestly when we got there we were a little doubtful in going in because the outside of the building looked nothing like the pictures online. But… they are remodeling so that explains that. I am so happy to have stayed here, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was very convenient to have a store next door for snacks or small stuff like toiletries we may have forgotten. The front desk lady was beyond exceptional very friendly and helpful. If we were to visit Moses lake we would definitely stay...
