“Hotel nella norma molto apprezzata la sauna e piscina.”

“The bed was comfortable, that's the best I can say. I'm surprised there were no bedbugs. It was dirty. The TV was junk. The toilet was difficult to flush. My travel companion used the bathroom garbage can , filled in the tub to flush the toilet. Dead bugs were all over the bathroom ceiling. There was no hot water in the the bathroom sink. A dribble, that's it. You can see that at one time the bathroom was really moldy, it needs serious cleaning still. I'm not gonna lie, I have nothing good to...

“The property is older and needs some renovation. There are some cute and quirky things about it but they are one of the few places to stay which allows them the ability to charge as they do. The rooms are apointed w a kitchenette and it is on soap lake.”

“Staff was friendly and inviting. They were patient with our 3 very loud small children and made the check in process easy. Room was clean and well lit. Overall comfortable stay.”

“The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming! Room was clean and spacious for 2 adults, 1 kid and a dog for 1 night. Breakfast options were plentiful. Would definitely stay again if coming through. Only con is back exit door didn’t fully shut/lock as it was broken. Made it a bit nerve wracking that anyone could just walk in to the building.”

“Very good hotel. Had some issues with the TV but they did get it corrected. Bed and pillows were okay but I have had better.”

“Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered dinner of chili and crackers (hopefully they will change to a vegatarian chili so everyone can enjoy). The breakfast was great and there were alot of vegatarian options for us - apples and peanut butter, toast, muffins, jelly, waffles, juice, granola bars. Hopefully, almond milk will be an option for non dairy. The room and beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. We would stay here again.”

“Everything worked and the shower was powerful. The best part of the stay was the desk clerks; these ladies were very helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable.”
