“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. “The staff was great but the room was okay. But the bathroom was pretty gross. I’m pretty sure there was dried poop on the wall and the coffee machine was gross also. ”
