Only thing that was frustrating was that the receptionist was a bit rude, and when I asked about availability for late checkout, she responded as if I asked for the key to her personal home. She wasn't the most inviting or warm, but the property itself was great. Right near the beach and shores restaurant, a great stay in Birch Bay.”
