“Staff were great! My major complaint that could've been fix by them is.. we checked into the room and had a clogged toilet (before anyone used it). When we called down to get it fixed, "No maintenance, just we can bring you a plunger". Was noisy until after midnight but that isn't a them issue, more travelers who aren't courteous after hours. ”
