“What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.”

“My only problem was , my room was on the 3rd floor. For me is difficult to carry luggage up all the stairs. The room was great .”

“The apartment was beautiful. Clean, well decorated, secure. The views from the balcony are not panoramic as advertised, thanks to the addition being built next door. You have the space needle to the left and a sliver of water to the right but no view straight ahead. We were slightly disappointed until we realized there is roof access. There you have beautiful panoramic views! We spent more time up there than on the private balcony. We loved the secured entrance and proximity to everything. Not...

“I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance. ”
